What Is HAWK?
Huge Awesome Week for Kids is a holiday kids program for Kindergarten to Year 6 age kids that runs over five days at St Mark's.

There is awesome singing with the HAWK band, fun games and challenges, crafts, skits, and a presentation from the Bible each day.

While HAWK is on, all mums and dads are invited to take a break at the free HAWK Adults cafe, where you can stop to have cake, coffee and a chat. 

The week finishes with 'Super Fun Friday' where there is a presentation by the kids about what they did during the week, a BBQ for the Kids and their families, face painting, balloon animals, and a jumping castle!

On the Sunday after HAWK at 10am, we have our special HAWK Family Service, with the HAWK Band, Superhero Mr Memory Verse, and tons of other fun stuff! 

What Does HAWK Cost?
HAWK costs $5 per child per day (Max $10 per family per day for siblings). We encourage parents to pay for all the days their child(ren) will be attending on the first day if possible.

Paracetamol Consent:
I hereby give permission for the First Aid Staff to administer Paracetamol to my child if deemed necessary by the first aid officer. 

Medical Treatment Consent:
I, being the parent/guardian of the said child understand that whilst every precaution will be taken to ensure the good welfare and protection of my child, HAWK, it?s staff and volunteer?s action on my behalf are hereby released from all and any liability in the event of any accident or misfortune, damage or loss that may occur to my child and their property. In the case of emergency, I hereby give permission to the First Aid Staff to ensure proper treatment for my child. I understand that every effort will be made to contact me before instituting such procedures. I agree to pay all such medical, ambulance and hospital fees incurred on behalf of my child. I have attached a list of any health information about my child that the first aid staff needs to know.

Involvement Consent:
I being the parent/guardian of the said child hereby give my consent that my son/daughter may participate in any activities they choose over the course of HAWK, whether it is games, jumping castles, etc.

I am willing for my child to receive material from the church regarding other activities they may be interested in.    

I understand that photos which may include my child may be included in the multimedia presentation shown to parents on the Friday at HAWK, and to the St Mark's congregation at the Sunday services that follow HAWK. I understand that smaller low-res versions may also appear in the HAWK photos slide show on this website.
